BUILD + CONNECT JOB

Create the job folders, then connect the active job folder on Suite Home. RYVO creates Student Data automatically.

Collect athlete/parent information and export the GotPhoto-ready roster directly with the connected job.

Import the RosterFlow CSV. After media day, export the required NextGen roster and bring it into SPA Converter. RYVO archives the source.

Fill missing numbers using the Working Graphics File rather than locating another spreadsheet.

Repair the current SPA master when needed. RYVO archives the previous Working Graphics File before replacing it.

Correct one or several delivered athletes and export only those rows for reprocessing.

THE FILE TO REMEMBER: WORKING GRAPHICS FILE

After SPA Converter creates it, this becomes the main graphics CSV for the job. Repair, Player Correction, Jersey Finder, and Team Selects should use it whenever possible. You should rarely need the original RosterFlow or GotPhoto CSV again.
